How it works
- 1. Configure the widget using the controls on the left.
- 2. Copy the embed code and paste it into your website HTML.
- 3. The widget script loads asynchronously and fetches the Real Estate Health Score from the CartoChrome API.
- 4. Scores are cached for 24 hours and update automatically as new data becomes available.
Real Estate Health Score Formula
The widget uses a differently-weighted composite score optimized for property listings:
- 35% Facility Proximity (distance to nearest hospital/urgent care)
- 25% Provider Density (providers per 1,000 residents)
- 15% Insurance Rate (% of population with coverage)
- 15% Overall Health Score (CartoChrome E2SFCA composite)
- 10% Transportation Access (vehicle/transit availability)
